As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead a squad of ~8–10 engineers, be accountable for both delivery and technical direction, and contribute hands-on to code.
You will play a critical role in building and scaling new internal products across the bank, owning end-to-end delivery in a build it, run it model.
