Job Summary

• You will act as a strategic sparring partner for the management and supervisors of your area of responsibility and are responsible for the smooth practical implementation of HR processes in your area of responsibility.
• You will support management and supervisors in matters of work ability, performance, competence and change management, strategic personnel planning, development of the work community and well-being at work, employment relationship issues, co-determination law processes, and issues related to labor legislation and collective agreements.
