Job Summary
Civil Engineer Team Leaders oversee the design of structures, foundations, overhead wires, aluminum bus, equipment design and site grading plans for electrical substations and transmission lines.
CETLs are responsible for the training, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, assigning and discipline of CEs and CETs under their supervision.
The role requires periodic travel to customer offices for project meetings and to job sites for construction visits, including overnight stays of one or two weeks.
