A key aspect of the role is building and maintaining strong partnerships with national and international Key External Experts (KEEs) to inform strategy, strengthen scientific leadership, and support successful execution.
The role includes Leading, coaching, and supporting the Nordic Franchise team, ensuring clear prioritization and effective delegation of responsibilities.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5+ years of pharma marketing/sales experience
Strong understanding of Nordic healthcare systems
Experience in financial planning and forecasting
Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language
