Job Summary

  • The Product Consultant supports the strategy, design, implementation, and performance optimization of Southwest Airlines’ air products, including branded fare products.
  • This role is responsible for identifying and deploying new air product optimizations and capabilities to enhance Southwest’s product portfolio, conducting market research, analyzing product performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and enhance the Customer experience.
  • Fly for free, as a privilege, on any open seat on all Southwest flights (your eligible dependents too).
