Job Summary
Employees have a leading role in the service experience our guests have, with a focus on SAFETY, CARE, ENCORE moments, and EFFICIENCY.
In this role, you will rent Lawn Chairs to guests, engage with them to assist with their needs, and work with cash and credit cards.
Responsibilities include assisting with venue safety, cleanliness, resolving guest complaints, participating in recycling, guiding guests in emergencies, and providing directions.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ year in a guest service role preferred
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
Constant walking, climbing stairs
Occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs+
Must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship
