Salary
Base: 105,000.00 – 130,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care, 401(k) with matching, Paid parental leave, Paid Time Off and Company Holidays

Must-have
HVAC system operations and maintenance
Building automation systems management
Supervise engineering and maintenance teams
Emergency response coordination
Use of CMMS and BMS platforms
Compliance with safety and hazardous materials policies
Manage vendor relationships and budgets

Key Requirements
5-7 years commercial building operations experience
2+ years supervisory experience in facilities management
Universal CFC EPA certification or commitment to obtain
Boiler License or commitment to obtain within first year
Trade school, union training, military service, or college degree preferred
