Job Summary

  • The Senior Manager Rental is responsible for leading the business unit to overall profitability and growth of the rental product line through successful implementation of marketing, sales management, financial responsibilities, leadership, operations, fleet management, customer retention, and communication.
  • This position will directly manage all Rental personnel including Rental Account Managers, Branch Rental Managers, Rental Counter Supervisors, Management Trainees, Rental Sales Representatives, and Sr. Rental Sales Representatives, with each Rental Manager overseeing approximately 12-14 employees and responsible for annual revenues greater than $9.5 million.
  • Key responsibilities include driving rental utilization through market penetration, overseeing sales execution and protocols, managing financial performance and compliance, and forecasting results accurately.
