Must-have
Minimum five-years building services experience
Sound technical aptitude with trade qualifications
Active management of Workplace Health & Safety requirements
Monitor and manage all contractors performance
Facilitate retail tenancy design review
Nice-to-have
Previous experience within a construction environment
Previous experience in budgeting and forecasting
Highly organised with ability to prioritise workload
Good written and oral communication skills
Intermediate level computer literacy and IT knowledge
Key Requirements
Minimum of five-years building services or transferrable experience
Trade qualifications highly regarded
