This role partners closely with operations to drive quality across suspension component manufacturing, including control arm machining and assembly, ball pin machining, and ball joint assembly.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using the 8D methodology to address non-conformances and process deviations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of quality experience
ASQ CQE certification preferred
Technical knowledge including print reading, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, ISO9001/IATF16949 requirements and Lean/Six Sigma, 8D/Corrective Action and manufacturing concepts are preferred
