  • This role partners closely with operations to drive quality across suspension component manufacturing, including control arm machining and assembly, ball pin machining, and ball joint assembly.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using the 8D methodology to address non-conformances and process deviations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of quality experience
  • ASQ CQE certification preferred
  • Technical knowledge including print reading, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, ISO9001/IATF16949 requirements and Lean/Six Sigma, 8D/Corrective Action and manufacturing concepts are preferred
  • Demonstrated computer and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel as required
