Specialty Physicians of Illinois, LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established Bariatric program with an experienced, cohesive team practicing at Franciscan Health Center for Bariatric Surgery Olympia Fields, IL.
The provider will manage both pre/post-surgical bariatric patients and lifetime bariatric patients with a full-time Monday to Friday schedule including outpatient clinic and hospital rounding.

Base: $99,081.46-$125,003.94; Bonus/Equity: Bonus incentives and start-up/retention bonuses; Benefits: Full benefits including health, life, dental, vision, legal insurance, retirement options, paid malpractice, paid time off and CME stipend

Key Requirements
Master's Degree
