Job Summary

• The National Recruiter I will provide guidance to prospective students and their families through the means of collecting inquiries and applications at college fairs and high schools; handling inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, chats, and texts; and supporting on campus events.
• They will assist prospective students through all phases of the recruitment and enrollment process: inquiry (requesting information about LU), applying to the university, submitting admissions documents, and ultimately completing financial check-in and enrolling in courses.
• Approximately 75% of this job is conducted on the road, with working environments varying from climate-controlled settings to non-climate controlled outdoor settings.
