Job Summary

  • The Site Operations Manager, Johor will be responsible for continued and uninterrupted operation of raised floor 24-7-365 in a large Tier III data center campus.
  • Leadership and management of all assigned personnel, to include developing/conducting performance appraisals, training plans, counseling and mentoring.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum ten years hands-on mission-critical facilities experience
  • At least two years leadership/management experience

  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Experience developing budgets and capital investments
  • Must be open to long hours, weekend, rotating shifts, and on-call duties
