Must-have
5+ years managing enterprise communication platforms
3+ years hands-on SharePoint 365 experience
Strong experience with Poppulo or similar email platforms
Proficiency with Power BI analytics and dashboard creation
Experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams and Viva
