Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for delivering strategic property outcomes across our Client’s national portfolio, leading lease negotiations, acquisition and divestment activities, and driving cost reduction initiatives.
  • You will manage BAU renewals, renegotiations, acquisitions, and divestments to secure tenure across the client’s national property portfolio, completing 35-40 transactions per annum.

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Property, Business, or Law
  • Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
  • Proven experience in client-facing acquisitions and divestments
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical capabilities
  • Exceptional stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology platforms
  • Strong project management skills
