Job Summary

  • The Conversion Manager is responsible for the daily activities required to run, maintain, and service the facility and/or the events by performing duties personally or through delegation.
  • This role serves as the lead person responsible for conversions on set-ups and changeovers while ensuring all tasks are completed to a satisfactory and effectively timely standard.
  • The position requires supervising operations staff, including house staff and temporary labor, and acting as Manager on Duty during events.

Key Requirements

  • Four years related experience in public assembly industry
  • Forklift and scissor lift certification preferred
  • Valid US driver's license and insurance
  • Pass corporate background check
