Job Summary
This position is responsible for the technical and operational support of plant facilities, utilities, and chemical processing manufacturing, driving a robust Reliability Maintenance Program.
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with GMP, KORE, and ISO standards, managing site master plans, supervising wastewater treatment, and leading maintenance teams across multiple trades.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, with preferred experience in facilities maintenance, industrial controls, supervisory roles, and high-volume manufacturing, preferably in the food industry.

Salary
Base: $109,000 - $129,000; Bonus/Equity: 15% Annual Incentive Reference Value; Benefits: Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits
