Job Summary
Provide infrastructure planning, analysis, and support to program managers for international infrastructure projects and facilities initiatives that enable U.S. and Allied operations.
Assess regional infrastructure requirements, evaluate capabilities, identify required resources, develop execution plans, and monitor progress to achieve infrastructure capability and capacity goals.
Prepare briefs, reports, and planning documents on equities, and provide technical advice to enhance program efficiencies through common interests with external organizations.

Key Requirements
4+ years of experience at a combatant command or service headquarters
3+ years of experience in DoW military construction infrastructure planning and execution
3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office suite
2+ years of experience with NATO planning or resourcing
Ability to travel up to 25%
Ability to support rotating shift schedules and surge operations
TS / SCI clearance required
Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience with defense or joint planning, OR Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience with defense or joint planning
