The role requires strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must be prepared to participate in facility surveys, manage medication records, and coordinate with physicians regarding resident treatment plans.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license

Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
