Must-have

  • 5+ years property management experience
  • Yardi software proficiency preferred
  • IRS Section 42 LIHTC Program knowledge

  • Budgeting and NOI maximization
  • Eviction and legal proceedings support

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor's degree or CPM designation
  • Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) certification
  • HCCP designation preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's or CPM preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
