Key Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years Omnichannel/Digital Operations experience in pharmaceutical companies
  • Proven leadership in enterprise-level Omnichannel capability transformation
  • Experience with SAFE/PI backlog management
  • Hands-on production and deployment experience (web, email)
  • Expertise with Veeva, Salesforce, Veeva DAM, AEM platforms
  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred
