Job Summary
This role provides essential financial and operational support for Performance Guarantee (PG) processes, including accruals, system entries, and reporting.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring the PG inventory, ensuring accurate reserving, planning, and forecasting, and consolidating projections into Hyperion.
Partner with Underwriting, Contracting, and Sales teams to interpret PG results and communicate insights effectively, while identifying and implementing process efficiencies.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
11-13 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
Proficiency in Excel, Hyperion and financial reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
