Job Summary

  • The Apprentice Cook is an on-call position that performs basic, routine kitchen duties for the Lansing Center Food and Beverage Department, as well as all Legends Global managed facilities and events.
  • Assists with food preparation, food production, plate-up, and clean-up, ensuring proper handling and monitoring of food in compliance with health standards.
  • This position is on-call and requires irregular schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with work assignments subject to change based on events.
