Job Summary

• Assists the Director of Nursing in directing licensed and non-licensed personnel providing healthcare and nursing services to residents on a 24/7 basis.
• Oversees clinical operations, including daily rounds, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring resident safety and respect.
• Works with the DON to recruit, hire, train, and manage nursing staff, including employee appraisals and disciplinary actions.
