Job Summary
As the primary responsible person and liaison for branch brand operations, customer planning, and value mining, you will be responsible for local brand public relations operations, localized public welfare and brand activity promotion, reputation risk management and training, strengthening AIA's brand awareness, reputation, and differentiation in the local market to support business development and expansion.
In terms of customer planning, you will extract local market intelligence and customer insights, deeply mine customer value, coordinate branch customer experience optimization journeys, and plan and promote customer platforms and activities to fully leverage customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion.
You will be responsible for the overall management of local brand exposure, improving local brand awareness; responsible for brand system review, ensuring the standardization and uniformity of local brand image.
