Job Summary
Develop, implement, and maintain robust risk management frameworks, strategies, and policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards while effectively managing and mitigating risks.
Work in partnership with stakeholders across Capital One’s Enterprise Services Division and other departments to ensure the risk program is effective and sustainable.
Develop processes and implement methodologies and practices to build a high-performing risk function that can support Capital One Mexico as it continues to grow.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
At least 7 years of experience in risk management
At least 7 years of experience in process, program or project management
