Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for evaluating new technologies and recommending solutions that improve the user experience, stability, mitigate Risk, and increased productivity.
  • Provide technical support to CBA colleagues via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Act as senior member for other Desktop Support staff and provide day-to-day leadership and guidance for resolving complex technical operational situations.
