Job Summary

  • Provide dedicated support for Culinary operations, including menu management, recipe documentation, and operational workflows, while also providing administrative and operational support to the Stewarding team.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between Culinary, Stewarding, Conference Services, Events, Marketing, and FOH teams to streamline communication and reduce administrative burden on Chefs.
