Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, ISO/5S/Lean standards, safe handling of materials, and maintain housekeeping in stores as per 5S methodology.

Key Requirements
BE/BTech in Electrical/Mechanical engineering
6 to 8 years of experience
Power Transformer manufacturing experience
Stores Management experience
Familiarity with IATF16949, ISO14001, OSHA
Excellent verbal, communication, and leadership skills
