Job Summary
The Commercial and Transactions Manager will be an important member of the business development team with special focus on managing joint venture and/or partnership transactions, M&A, deal structuring and negotiations, valuation and business case analysis, and handling commercial transactions of greenfield renewable energy projects.
Responsibilities include managing workstreams involved in joint venture / partnership, investments or acquisitions, deal structuring, due diligence, transaction documentation, and project finance, and equity sell-downs or divestments processes.
