The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
The caregiver is responsible for assisting residents with daily functions including personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and medical preparations while maintaining confidentiality and reporting changes promptly.
This position fosters a warm, personal, and calm environment throughout the unit and shift, ensuring residents are comfortable and their needs are met.
