Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • End-to-end project management from inception to completion
  • Strong working knowledge of BCA regulations and HDB guidelines
  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and contract administration

Nice-to-have

  • Experience managing HDB, BTO, condo, or industrial projects
  • Ability to motivate multi-disciplinary teams under pressure
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills for fast-paced environments

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience with diploma/degree or 5 years without
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
  • Singapore work authorization required (implied by location and MOM guidelines)
