Salary
Base: $110,700.00-$147,500.00 (location-based); Bonus: Up to 10% discretionary annual incentive; Benefits: 401(k) match, health coverage, and flexible workplace options
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6+ years analytical experience in insurance
Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Excel, Snowflake
Superior knowledge of rate-making concepts
Experience building annual revenue plans
Ability to quantify catastrophe risk
Nice-to-have
Advanced degree in related field
CPCU designation preferred
Leadership and mentoring experience
Active participation in employee resource groups
Willingness to travel for team meetings
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, or computer science
