Job Summary
As the ServiceNow Delivery Director, HCLS, you will play a pivotal role in driving services sales and managing delivery execution across our largest strategic technology partners.
You will be responsible for overseeing successful solution delivery across all HCLS customers, fostering deep and meaningful customers relationships, and maximizing business opportunities within the region.
This role requires up to 50% travel annually, driven by customer needs and internal meetings.

Excellent communication and presentation skills
