Job Summary
The Service Director oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Essential duties include assisting with and completing work orders, overseeing the 'make-ready' process for vacant apartments, and developing standards for the cleanliness and appearance of the community.
The role requires conducting safety meetings, maintaining MSDS sheets, and demonstrating customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect.

2-3 years apartment maintenance experience
