Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from accredited college
  • 2 years of relevant hospital pharmacy experience
  • State of Michigan Pharmacist License (LIC-Clinical)
  • State of Michigan Controlled Substance License
  • BLS/ACLS/PALS certification within 180 days
