Job Summary

  • As a leader and innovator in the snack food industry for over 50 years, J&J Snack Foods provides branded snack foods to foodservice and retail supermarket outlets across the U.S.
  • Implement and enforce policy, procedures, and culture consistent with the Plant Manager’s direction that control and improve production yield, efficiency, safety, quality, leadership, cleanliness, food safety, adherence to SOPs, employee ownership, and employee welfare.
  • Develop and manage subordinates including Production Managers, Supervisors and Leads to maintain production and staffing needs and effectively bridge communication gaps between all shifts.
