  • The role involves coordinating interdisciplinary participation, maintaining accurate schedules, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations for MDS assessments.
  • This position includes supervisory duties and requires maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.

  • Maintain required continuing education/licensing
