The role requires assisting residents with personal functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and maintaining cleanliness while observing for skin breakdowns.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Record entries on notes and incident reports

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Participate in regularly scheduled nursing meetings
Demonstrate ability to solve practical problems
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
