Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Hands-on experience applying AI or automation in Clinical Operations
Minimum of 5 years recent clinical research experience
At least 3 years clinical development project management experience
Strong start up and phase I and/or phase II experience
Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP and global regulatory frameworks
Nice-to-have
Therapeutic experience in haematology preferred
Phase III experience is a plus
Strategic thinking with strong organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
Key Requirements
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences or related field
Currently living in the Netherlands with valid work permit
Fluent English written and spoken
