Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
Essential duties include maintaining employee records, coordinating schedules, assisting with employee forms, and reporting staffing variances to the Director of Nursing Services.
The role requires the ability to cope with mental and emotional stress, work harmoniously with personnel, and potentially assist in resident evacuations during emergencies.
