Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years of professional HR experience in manufacturing
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience with ERISA, EEOC, and DOL regulations
• Experience with FMLA and Colorado FAMLI
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, UKG or similar systems, and HRIS
