Lift Engineer (Service) Work Location: Various location within Mainland Singapore Office Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.45am – 5.30pm Monthly Salary: Basic up to $4400 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB) Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract Company Overview The company is a globally recognized organization with a strong reputation for innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibility Oversee daily service operations and maintenance activities to ensure smooth functionality and customer satisfaction. Monitor performance, reduce call‑backs, and resolve recurring issues through preventive and corrective measures. Respond to customer feedback and complaints with timely follow‑ups and site inspections to uphold service quality. Ensure all service activities comply with company safety, environmental, and quality standards. Conduct cost analysis to track resource usage and align operational efficiency with business targets. Collaborate with Sales teams to identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and value‑added services. Lead and motivate service teams through coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing development. Build strong communication and working relationships with internal departments, clients, and external partners. Support ad hoc tasks and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational processes. Requirements Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronic Engineering which is recognized by relevant authority Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the lift and escalator industry In-depth knowledge of lift and escalator systems, including their technology and maintenance procedures.
