Key Requirements

  • 18+ years total experience
  • 12+ years in Compensation & Benefits / Global Rewards
  • 6+ years leading global or regional Rewards teams
  • Experience managing large-scale global projects across 50+ countries
  • Certified Compensation Professional or equivalent certification
