Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
• Key responsibilities include administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan assessment.
