Job Summary

• This position will supervise Engineering Technicians, with duties including reviewing daily inspection reports, scheduling project personnel and conducting project field reviews.
• Position will work closely with the Division Roadside Engineer to ensure that contracts for Rest Area Maintenance, Selective Vegetation, Mowing, Sweeping, and Irrigation are prepared and administered correctly.
• The position will provide prompt responses to maintenance needs and in delivering the Roadside Environmental Unit Program.

• Associate's degree in applicable engineering technology and six years technician experience
• High School diploma and eight years technician experience
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid NC Driver’s License preferred
