Lincoln Meadows Care Center is seeking a full-time MDS-RN to oversee patient assessments, coordinate care plans, and manage nursing staff within a long-term care facility. The ideal candidate must possess a nursing degree and a current state license, along with strong leadership and communication skills

Job Summary

  • Administer patient assessments, oversee the assessment process, setting the assessment schedules and assuring that assessments are done in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician, verifying the identity of the resident before administering the medication/treatment.
  • Participate in developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling in service training classes that provide instructions on “how to do the job,” and ensure a well educated nursing service department.
