Job Summary

  • The Virtual Design Development Validation (VDDV) team is critical to achieving GM’s vision of Zero Emissions, Zero Crashes, and Zero Congestion by developing and executing virtual analysis procedures that support vehicle design development and validation.
  • As the VDDV Global Technical Specialist for Vehicle Fastening, you will drive the vision, strategy and road map for virtual engineering of fastened joints across all vehicle domains.
  • We are seeking a highly technical engineer with depth of knowledge in this industry and/or vast knowledge in fastened joint designs & CAE methods.

Key Requirements

  • BS in Mechanical, Aerospace or related Engineering field
  • 10+ years of engineering experience
  • Experience with DFMEA & PFMEA
