Key Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or minimum five years related experience
  • Two or more years of supervisory or management experience
  • Three or more years in mechanical fields such as HVAC
  • Certification in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing required
  • CPO/CPR/OSHA Certified
  • EPA Certification and ADA requirements knowledge
