Job Summary

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to an Area retail team and provide support to Regional Managers and other key stakeholders to drive the delivery of strategic objectives and operational objectives, including sales, surplus, safety and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to set and execute area and store strategic agendas, including workforce and succession planning aligned to Regional and National strategy.
